Risk Champion Ltd was formed in 2010 by Steve Jewell C.Eng MI ChemE. Steve has over 40 years experience working in the Oil & Gas sector at Corporate, Operational and Project levels. Risk Champion has successfully completed many assignments for several leading independent and national oil companies, major EPC contractors and operators in Mining, Transportation and Defence.

Steve’s experience of practical hands-on risk management with major projects costing many billions of dollars, coupled with developing and implementing risk management policy at a multi-national, following a number of high profile catastrophic risk events, gives him unique insights to help others avoid similar damaging impacts to corporate reputation and business success.

Steve was also a guest lecturer for over 10 years at Imperial College London, covering Estimating, Cost Risk Analysis and Schedule Risk Analysis. He has also developed risk curriculum at both Manchester University and MIT for a major Oil and Gas company's programme and project management education programs.
